All of our Organic Soybeans were roasted by Horst Grain Roasting. The roaster is mounted on the back of the truck and has input and output augers attached. These roasted Organic Soybeans will be an ingredient in the feed we will be making soon.

Fall Harvest Time!
Much of our Fall harvest has been completed. Corn is in the bin, our 8 weeks of string bean harvest was over near the end of October, sweet potatoes have been dug and are curing, and soybeans are in the field ready to harvest this week.
